Our Mission
Our mission is to support working and vulnerable households in getting properties repaired while not having to take time off work. All households deserve a fully repaired home to live in. We would like to offer our services of waiting on your contractor and letting them in so you can come home to a repaired home.
Me
The team currently consists of one person, Gail Wilcox, I have been a social housing tenants for over 11 years under 3 different housing association's I have seen the struggles of tenants who work and unable to take time off to be able to get the most basic of repairs done.
Why did I start this?
After sitting in for my neighbours I realised how hard working full-time with children and getting repairs booked, Losing days off work waiting for contractors and in some circumstances endangering employment. My neighbours were fortunate that I only worked part time, weekends but unfortunately I know not everybody is in such a position. So i started this service to help people.
