If you have a specific time your contractor or you landlord's contractor is coming out we aim to get there for 10 minutes before the appointment time.

Some social landlords have am/pm appointments. Most tenants are unhappy with these and we dislike them too but we are here for you. We aim to arrive 10 minutes before the time the allocated repair time.

If you want to get these reduced please contact your landlord about our services we are happy to work with them to work for you.
If we have waiting 30 minutes after the allotted time we will text you to explain that your contractor has not arrived. If we do not receive a reply within 20 minutes, we will attempt to call you unless you have left us with your contractors details where we will call the contractor instead and text you the outcome.
Unfortunately a charge the £5 an hour waiting fee.

If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice the booking and travel fee is non refundable this is due to booking time and costs and possibly already travelling to your residence.
